I love this phone. It out performs my tablet! Very user friendly too.
I did run into a hitch though. It seems the shortcut keys on the keyboard were stuck in on mode and I couldn't disable it. I found out that the Advanced Task Killer app was the cause. I uninstalled and reinstalled and the keyboard was back to normal.
Love the choice between the on screen keypads too. They are very responsive. The screen sensitivity is great, the process speed is excellent, and the usability is awesome. I really like this phone just have to be careful with the apps is all.
The design is great except the keyboard is a little "sunken" in and the z key is crammed. It is a well laid out though. My old phone was the u750 and the keyboard had the "END" key right next to the "SPACE" key which is frustrating when writing an email and instead of a space you are kicked out of the email and lose your whole message. GRRR That was pretty much my whole complaint with that phone as well.
The camera is a step up from my 1.3mp u750 but I still would have liked a 5mp in it or even an HD style. That would really have kicked butt! But for the price, I won't complain too much.
All in all, great phone! Worth the price I paid for it.
